The web application supports architects, clients and other users in determining and checking the costs for construction facilities. Cost data on all facility types can be classified in line with various standards (BCC, eCC) and compared through referencing to various method of measurement codes. Numerous statistical functions and straightforward navigation simplify the work process. Users can also enter their own projects, complete with cost rates and documentation, and then compare these with each other or with the existing projects. It is now possible to convert projects with costs posted under the BCC (Building Cost Classification) to the eCC-BC (Element-Based Cost Classification for Building Construction) system. The fact that this takes account of building geometry serves to enhance the quality of the resulting cost rates.
