With a 80 mm profile depth, this premium system has been developed out of the high-tech material RAU-FIPRO®X, made out of polymer and fiberglass, which gives the profile high strength and allows the production of large elements, without steel reinforcements. ARTEVO profiles are up to 40% lighter than conventional systems and contain additional strength zones that act exactly where statically it is especially necessary. Thanks to their high fiberglass content, sash heights of up to 2.80 m can be achieved. This opens up new architectural possibilities with maximum daylight and guaranteed strength. In addition, slim overlaps, flush surfaces and new glazing beads ensure minimalist lines and thus an even more modern and functional design. ARTEVO windows not only stand out for their modern design with clear lines, angular contours and slim views, but also because they incorporate a revolutionary foil within the profile that guarantees excellent thermal insulation values. The new Low-E Folie has been developed exclusively by REHAU with a lightweight, 100% recyclable polymeric material that not only esnures unprecedented energy efficiency, certified by the Passivhaus Institute, but also significantly improves production efficiency, saving time and costs. Passivhaus certification and sound insulation values of more than 47 dB, as well as RC2n in the standard, provide a high level of comfort. In addition, the REHAU EcoPuls signet guarantees that ARTEVO profiles contain between 40% and 75% recycled material, maintaining optimum quality and performance.
