L’UNICA, FROM NOW ON.

Sika MonoTop®-441 Unika is a one-component mortar for structural repair and concrete protection, with adjustable setting, ready to use, added with polymers, high thixotropy, combined with a very low shrinkage. It contains modified cements with synthetic polymers, silica fume, selected aggregates and synthetic fibres. It is suitable for repairs with thickness from 5 mm to 60 mm in one layer. Unika because: - It allows to adjust setting on site - It allows to repair and level the surface in with high or low thickness - It allows to repair and protect the concrete in one layer - It allows the contractors to decide based on his experience.
