This investment enables Korus to be the only Italian company equipped with specific machinery for water-based lacquering on PVC profiles. Natural-painting cycles project manufacturing to the highest level, ensuring aesthetic performance capable of withstanding weathering stress for up to 20 years. Among the strengths of the treatment, high resistance to impacts/scratches, long-term durability, ease of cleaning, and absolute precision in color replication can be highlighted. Architects, interior designers and clients, thanks to the wide range of available finishes, can unleash their creativity, combining tones and effects as they please. Unlike a laminated PVC fixture, lacquering allows for a more uniform and evenly distributed color across the entirety of the surfaces, enhancing its aesthetics. Korus' exclusive machinery enables decoration of both the gaskets and the internal part of the profiles. Additionally, it is possible to impart a unique touch to the fixture through the special “soft-touch” effect, which uniformly gives the surface a soft feel to the touch.
