BORNEO, SURINAM WALL COVERING PANELS

Our BORNEO panels, SURINAM, are installed directly on any support thanks to a powerful mounting adhesive: GX Power. In the case of renovation or refurbishment, it can be fixed over the existing cladding, without the need to remove it or generate waste, thus saving time and money. The slats are joined using a tongue-and-groove joint system that guarantees a completely watertight surface. They can also be fixed on a structure of battens to recover an irregular wall or simply to gain acoustic comfort by adapting an appropriate insulator. During the production process, industrial waste is sorted and shredded to form a gray underlayer. This process minimizes and valorizes waste and reduces sorting and bleaching operations, as the undercoat material is used as is. Following the implementation of this first phase of consumption of our own production waste, we plan to develop, in the short term, the integration of recycled raw materials from products already consumed, such as swimming pool sheets, house linings or carpentry, etc., thus betting on the circular economy. Our different ranges of coatings, such as Element 3D Premium used for this project, are manufactured with a high percentage of recycled material. Proof of this is the new Exapan Green range, made with 78% of materials from production waste.
