STRATOBEL MIROX, LAMINATED SAFETY MIRROR

Stratobel Mirox is a laminated safety mirror designed for use in public buildings such as washrooms, schools, hotels, restaurants, building lobbies, shopping centres, sports halls, etc. It consists of either two special AGC mirrors (Stratobel Mirox Duo) or one special AGC mirror and one float glass (Stratobel Mirox Mono). It is composed either of two special AGC mirrors (Stratobel Mirox Duo), or of a special AGC mirror and float glass (Stratobel Mirox Mono). Both types of assembly include one or more PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayers that are perfectly compatible with the silvering of these mirrors. This product combines the optical qualities of a standard mirror with the safety of laminated glass. In the event of breakage, the glass stays in place. It complies with standards EN 12600 (class 1B1 with double spacer and class 2B2 with single spacer) and EN 356 - resistance test (class P2A with double spacer). Stratobel Mirox has a silver coating protected by a copper-free, lead-free lacquer. It is classified A+ in terms of Volatile Organic Compound emissions. It can be shaped, drilled and bevelled. It is manufactured in Belgium in an ISO 14001-certified plant. Its external recycled content is 10.9% according to ISO 14021. This safety mirror does not contain any substances of very high concern in accordance with REACH and ROHS. The silvering of the mirror is protected by a special paint that is perfectly compatible with PVB, guaranteeing perfect, long-lasting cohesion with no risk of delamination. Stratobel Mirox meets all the requirements specified in standard EN 12543. It comes with a 10-year guarantee. Excellent durability: Stratobel Mirox meets even more stringent requirements than those set out in EN 1036-11 for standard mirrors. Breakage resistance and strength identical to that of clear laminated glass. Maximum dimensions of trays in production: 255 x 321 cm. Thicknesses: 33.1 and 33.2.
