Siedle supplies systems with PVD coating much faster than before. The high-quality systems of the Siedle Classic and Siedle Steel design lines can therefore be realised at short notice and also more flexibly, thanks to an optimisation of the procurement process. Siedle purchases PVD-coated stainless steel plates in large format. The customised systems are cut to size at the company's Furtwangen site in the Black Forest. This reduces the delivery time from previously more than 15 weeks to around 7 to 9 weeks. Siedle thus keeps the processing steps in-house, and the elimination of various transport routes improves the environmental balance. The company is also simplifying the pricing of the systems. There are also other advantages for the customer: There are no longer any restrictions on the format of the front panels; even door intercom systems with a considerable surface area can be realised effortlessly - for example in large residential complexes. A homogeneous colour appearance is guaranteed for multi-part systems, retrofits or modernisations. The basic material of the system fronts is stainless steel. Siedle uses the V2A alloy as standard, which offers adequate corrosion resistance. The solid material is a statement for modern design. PVD coatings are available from Siedle in three colours: copper, brass and black. The brushed or polished appearance results from the surface of the stainless steel. All six variants can be used for the fronts of door intercom systems from the Siedle Classic and Siedle Steel design lines. This high-quality surface finish is scratch-resistant, weatherproof and easy to clean for many years. The elegance of the Siedle systems is retained. Thanks to the environmentally friendly manufacturing process and their durability, PVD coatings are also sustainable.
