PVC-FREE FLOOR TILES AND PLANKS

Pure Character is an innovative new polypropylene based product, which is the most environmentally neutral artificial raw material. It does not contain pvc-chlorine, heavy metals and plasticizers. The amount of Volatile Organic Compounds (substances released into the air and inhaled by you) remains undetectable. It is odorless, tasteless and skin-compatible. Even in case of e.g. an accidental fire, at complete combustion it only will generate carbon dioxide and water, being of course less harmful than the regular, more toxic byproducts of all other types of flooring. The wear resistance measured following the Taber abrasion test proves that compared to same wear layer alternatives in any other pvc product, the number of revolutions is increased from 4000 to 7000, providing an improvement of 75%! Compared to alternative pvc-free products like PUR based, the wear resistance is even more impressive, being 5 to 6 times better. Pure Character uses a specially created printing on polypropylene technology. Beautifully saturated colors and high resolution provide unprecedented quality in the reproduction of natural material. On the contrary to other product alternatives in the market for pvc-free products, the greatest level of detail in design is now achievable and meets the highest standards.
