GEBERIT DUOFIX INSTALLATION SYSTEM

The Geberit Duofix installation system offers the possibility of providing complete sanitary walls in one piece with controlled fire and noise protection. Minimal dust generation, fast construction and absence of noise are additional advantages that are particularly valuable when the building is occupied during renovation work. The Geberit Duofix installation system provides professionals with a new, adjustable and re-cuttable kit for the creation of overlay walls for partial height configurations up to a width of 100 cm and a depth of 40 cm. The complete kit, consisting of patented Geberit rails, sound insulation strip and fixing accessories, also offers an alternative to the self-supporting support frame when the latter is not suitable for the site configuration. The installation is simplified for a reliable and fast installation by one person: 1. Glue the insulating strip and fix the rails to the floor and wall. 2. Position the support frame and clip it in place with the wall fixings. 3. Secure the legs of the support frame with the clips. 4. Connect the support frame and install the wall covering. This saves 35% of the time required to install a conventional metal frame. The Duofix partial height kit is compatible with all Duofix wall-mounted support frames -WC-bidet-washbasin-urinal- with a height of 112, 98 or 82 cm.
