The sound-absorbing WoodUpp acoustic panels sustainably reduce sound and also impress with their modern Scandinavian lamella design. They are suitable for everyone and can be used almost anywhere - at home, in the office, restaurant or hotel, on walls, ceilings or furniture.
For the production, we rely on sustainable materials. For example, our acoustic felt is made of recycled PET materials and the wood used comes from sustainable forestry.
We currently offer 14 different colors. By manufacturing in our own production in Ribe (Denmark), we can guarantee a consistently high quality.
We produce the panels in standard dimensions of 60cm width, 240cm height and 22mm depth.
The base of our sound absorbing acoustic panels is the acoustic felt.
Attached to it are the individual lamellas, the core of which is made of MDF (medium-density fiberboard).
The slats are topped by a real wood veneer surface. The wood used for this comes from sustainable forestry. This ensures that more trees grow back in the forest than are cut down.
The acoustic felt of our panels absorbs sound waves when they hit the panels. In addition, the slats attached to the felt break the sound waves due to the uneven surface.
As a result, the sound waves lose energy as they are broken into smaller sound waves.
